Troubleshooting support: We are your contact even after the purchase
Our goal is to make upgrading your system with memory as easy as possible. We have recorded almost every system and its respective expansion options so that we can offer you the right memory immediately in our online shop. When ordering, you can rely on our compatibility guarantee for your system. We have also implemented a quality management system that prevents errors in memory and logistical processes.
After ordering, you will receive detailed and illustrated installation instructions by email so that you can install the memory without any problems – even if you have no previous experience with it. After installing the additional RAM, your system starts without any problems and recognizes the expansion immediately. This increases the total capacity of the system RAM and you can benefit from improved performance. You can finally work more smoothly and quickly – that’s how it should be!
If a problem does occur despite everything and the RAM does not work after installation, there are often simple solutions that we will be happy to explain to you. We can usually solve problems within one working day without any red tape.

We present you some possible solutions
Problems starting the system after installing new memory? – The screen remains dark?
1.1 If the screen remains dark after installing new memory, this may be because the memory has not been installed correctly. Especially with DDR4 16GB / 32GB, it can often happen that even the last millimeter is crucial. If you can still see gold contacts, the memory has not been installed correctly and the boot process cannot take place. This problem often occurs even with “professionals”.
1.2 Even if the memory has been installed correctly, there may still be longer waiting times during the initial boot process. The new memory addresses must be rearranged and the virtual memory on the hard disk must also be adjusted. The first restart after expanding the RAM may therefore take a little longer. We recommend waiting at least 15 minutes.
What to do if the RAM is not recognized?
1.1 The problem is invariably that the memory is not fully and correctly seated in the slot. In this case, removing the memory and reinstalling it helps.
1.2 Dust or corrosion in the memory slot’s plug contacts can also prevent electrical contact between the memory slot and the memory. One solution to this would be to carefully clean the slot with dry, oil-free compressed gas or to clean it mechanically ( Caution: There must be no voltage on the memory slot!).
The system emits warning tones after installing the new memory and no longer starts
1.1 The memory may have been ordered for a different system. Often, for example, customers unknowingly order the cheaper RDIMM DDR3 modules for their desktop devices, even though these are not supported. Just because the parameters DDR3, 1600MHz and 1.35Volt match does not mean that the memory is compatible. We have an extensive list of memory for almost every device. To avoid making a wrong purchase, we strongly recommend using the exact model name to find the right memory. This will ensure that the memory is compatible and will work without problems.
1.2 Mixing technologies can also cause problems, especially in the server area. Customers often try to mix ECC and RDIMM memory modules, which can lead to warning beeps after the upgrade. Some motherboards, such as the Asus E3 PRO GAMING V5, support both ECC and UDIMM memory modules, but not both technologies at the same time. It is important to choose a technology.
1.3 If you can rule out an incorrect order and still hear warning tones, the cause will be incorrect installation of the memory. If you have installed the new memory and hear warning tones, it may be that the memory is not seated correctly in the socket. We recommend that you reinstall the memory correctly to solve the problem.
