The memory increases the RAM of your Dell XC6320 server by 128GB. The offered DDR4 RAM memory has a speed of 2933MHz PC4-23400R 4Rx4 (2S2Rx4). These are RDIMM (ECC Registered) memory modules. The memory has 288 Pin DIMM and works with a voltage of 1,2 volt. This computer memory was tested by us for Dell XC6320. This ensures that this memory expansion can also be utilised together with the original RAM used in XC6320.

The Dell XC6320 can be upgrade to a maximum memory capacity of 4TB / 512GB according to manufacturer. This is more than Dell has listed in their technical specification. There are different reasons, why more memory is possible:

- new BIOS-Version support higher memory capacities
- the information of the Dell datasheet concerning the maximum RAM amount for the XC6320 is not up to date.
