The server-RAM memory expands the memory capacity of Tarox ParX T5100i G3 by 16GB. The offered DDR3 RAM memory has a speed of 1333MHz PC3-10600R 2Rx4. These are RDIMM (ECC Registered) memory modules. The memory module has 240 Pin DIMM and a voltage of 1,5 volt. This computer memory was tested by us for Tarox ParX T5100i G3.
